Bookwyrm Bazaar is a free, fantasy-inspired book and artisan market where shopping becomes an adventure. Explore a marketplace of authors, artists, and makers while hunting for hidden dragons tucked throughout vendor booths. Each booth features a unique interactive experience, from riddles and storytelling prompts to creative challenges that bring guests deeper into the world. Visitors can complete a Dragon Codex as they explore, collect discoveries, and take part in the Community Book Hoard—an optional book donation collection that builds a shared grand prize. Bookwyrm Bazaar is part market, part story, and part quest, designed for readers and adventurers of all ages.

Explore local vendors, collect animal stamps in our Creature Keeper Bingo Adventure, and take part in fun, low-pressure activities designed to spark connection and curiosity. Guests are also invited to support our Community Pet Pantry by bringing donations for a local animal shelter. This is more than a market—it’s a hands-on experience for animal lovers of all ages.

Keep It Quiet: The Missing Hour is a free, family-friendly immersive market mystery experience where guests step into an unfolding investigation. Every vendor is part of the story, every clue matters, and the truth only appears when the fragments come together.
How Our Get It together ict events Work
We’re so excited to welcome you into this community experience—built around connection, local vendors, a little bit of magic, and a whole lot of chances to win something fun along the way
This isn’t a high-pressure event. There’s nothing you have to do perfectly. Just come as you are, explore at your own pace, and enjoy what feels right for you
Entry
Entry is completely FREE.
This is a donation-supported community event, and while donations are never required, they are deeply appreciated and help us continue building more free, welcoming spaces like this in the future
Stamp Card Experience
As you enter, you’ll receive a stamp card to help guide your experience through the event
Each vendor you visit gives you 1 unique stamp—all you have to do is stop by, say hello, and connect.
No purchases are ever required to receive a stamp. This is about interaction, not transaction—though supporting vendors is always appreciated and helps local artists and small businesses grow
- Every 3 stamps = 1 prize entry
As you naturally move through the space, your conversations and connections quietly turn into entries over time. Whether you visit a few vendors or explore the whole market, it all counts
- Everything stacks—every stamp adds up, and every set of 3 builds more entries at your own pace
- BONUS: If you visit every vendor and fully complete your stamp card, you’ll receive +5 extra entries on top of everything you’ve already earned
Stamp participation also helps qualify you for the Attendance Prize—so even a single visit gets you started
Hourly Prize Giveaways
Throughout the event, we’ll be doing hourly mystery prize giveaways
• Prizes range from $10–$500 and include prizes from multiple local businesses, vendors and others, including Sedgwick County Zoo and Exploration Place!
• Winners are drawn live throughout the event
• Multiple wins are possible depending on your entries
The more you participate, the more chances you naturally build along the way
HOW TO EARN MORE ENTRIES
Beyond your starting entry, there are several ways to build more chances throughout the event:
• Check-in at the event = +5 entries
• Social actions (select posts only) = +1 entry each
• Donations = 1 entry per $5
• Stamp card = 1 entry per 3 stamps
*Social entries only apply when we specifically announce them on certain posts, so make sure you’re following the page and the event so you don’t miss any opportunities
IMPORTANT: In order to qualify for ANY entries, you must first fill out the official form at the bottom of this section! Without this we cannot accurately track your entries.
Attendance Prize

Each event includes one special Attendance Prize
• One prize per event
• Drawn 2 hours after the event ends
• Must check in and have at least 1 stamp (vendor visit) to qualify
This helps make sure the prize reflects both showing up and being part of the experience

Event Check-In
When you arrive, please stop by the donation/prize table to check in This is where we:
• Confirm your entry form
• Add your check-in bonus entries
• Give you your stamp card
• Help with any questions
This table is also where prize updates and announcements happen throughout the event
The Bigger Picture
This is part of a 5-event community series, meaning your entries carry forward across all events
Every time you show up, engage, or connect, you’re building your chances over time while helping grow something bigger than just a single event
More importantly, this is about:
• Supporting local vendors
• Meeting new people
• Creating low-pressure connection
• Building a community that feels like home
There will also be yard games available for both kids and adults who want to hangout whether it be for prizes or shopping! Feel free to bring a lawn chair to continue to stay and socialize, enjoy the vibes and support local!
Whether you stay for 10 minutes or the whole day, you’re part of this experience
